The Calgary Toy Show & Sale returns to the Edgemont Community Centre for its Thanksgiving Toy Show on Saturday, October 12th. We pride ourselves on being Calgary’s family-friendly toy show, so we are excited that the October event will be in support of Inn From the Cold, the largest organization in the Calgary region that is dedicated solely to families experiencing a housing crisis. Inn From the Cold will receive a share of the proceeds and have an information and fundraising presence at the show.
On any given night, approximately 120 families sleep under an Inn from the Cold ‘roof’ through its shelter and housing programs, with many others receiving support through its prevention and diversion program. We think it’s a great cause and look forward to contributing to the charity’s work!
Vendor table sales for the Thanksgiving Toy Show begin on July 16th. As usual, the only way to book is directly with us via email or Facebook message. If you’re not already on our vendor mailing list, please get in touch. Beware scammers – Calgary Toy Show vendors have recently been targeted by individuals claiming to sell tables for the show. If you’re not dealing with Jon or Graham through our official channels, your booking is not guaranteed.
