Hope you all had a great summer!
We’re excited to confirm that our Fall Toy Show will take place on Saturday, October 3, 2026 (one week before the Thanksgiving weekend). We’ll be back at our usual venue, the Edgemont Community Centre, from 10am to 3.30pm.
We’re thankful to have once again sold all 83 vendor tables within a matter of minutes. A mix of returning favourites and first-time sellers, across three rooms, will have a fantastic range of vintage and collectible toys for you to browse and enjoy!
Visitor tickets are available on the door, cash only, at the usual price of $3 adults / $5 family (max two adults). Under 16s continue to enjoy free entry but we reserve the right to ask for ID if you look older than your years! Please treat our door volunteers with respect if they ask for proof of age, and remember that visitor tickets are only sold on the day – anyone claiming to sell them online is a scammer.
The 2026 Spring Toy Show was a huge hit, with almost 1,100 visitors in attendance. As a result, we were able to donate another $2,000 to support Inn From the Cold‘s wonderful work with families experiencing a housing crisis. We’re partnering with this great charity again for the October show, and are grateful for the help we receive from their volunteers in staging the event. Be sure to check out their fundraising table when you visit the show!
Also returning to the Fall Toy Sale will be the food truck of Mini Donuts Canada. Their donuts, coffee and other treats are always a welcome boost during a busy toy-buying session! You’ll find them outside the main doors.
Finally, a reminder that parking at the ECC is always tight at peak times on show days, especially in the morning. Please show courtesy to our venue partner and to your fellow patrons, and respect the parking lot limits. As marked by the signage we put out, the area around the ECC building and Edgemont School, behind the white gate, is reserved for emergency services access and is therefore off-limits. Parking in that area contravenes a City bylaw as well as posing a hazard in the event of an incident.
That’s all from this update! Please subscribe to our Facebook and Instagram feeds for more show news. Thanks again for supporting the Calgary Toy Show & Sale, and we look forward to seeing you on October 3.
